The radish-sprout is, like the soybean-equivalent, great in many ways. This one completely demolishes a lot of common foods, when it comes to everything from vitamins to minerals. There's 10x the amount of calcium in the radish-sprout than in potatoes. The pineapple's vitamin-c rich, but this has more of it.
