Let's start with a regular burger, to get a good perspective of this. All the numbers presented, are for a serving-size (a hundred grams) The calorie-count is exactly a quarter of a thousand; about a third of those being fat-calories. Fatgrams are only nine, which is thirteen percent of what a person needs in a day. Of the nine, three and a half g are saturated-fat, which is about a fifth of what an individual needs to eat per day. 25mg is the cholesterol's amount; a tenth of daily-value. Half a gram sodium's present; being a fifth of the daily-value. A third is made up of carbs; being a tenth of what is needed every day. Barely any vitamins are present, while 1/20 is sugar.
What about the cheeseburger's nutritional contents (the numbers being presented being relative to the 114 grams of that meal). The calorie-count is three hundred; out of which a hundred and ten are fat-calories. Twelve grams of fat, which are about a fifth of what's needed per day. The amount of saturated-fat is almost twice as much with this one - at six gram as compared to the hamburger's three and a half. This raises the daily-value-percent of saturated-fat derived from a cheeseburger to an impressive twenty eight percent. The cholesterol's much higher than the hamburger's amount, at forty to twenty five milligrams. A third of the daily-need of sodium's given by a cheeseburger; at sevenhundred fifty milligrams. Relatively, the carb-amount is almost the exact similar as the hamburger's - at thirty three to thirty one percent. Let's take one more classic. The Big-Mac. This one is bigger, at two hundred and fourteen grams. The calorie-count is at five hundred and forty; two hundred and sixty of those being fat-calories. Fatgrams are twenty nine; almost half of what a person needs in a day - and saturated-fat makes up a tenth of the fat-grams. Three quarters of a hundred milligrams of cholesterol is in the Big-mac.
Almost half of the daily-need of sodium's given by this, at a little over a gram. There are forty five grams of calories in it. Nine grams of sugar are existent in it.
